WiCAM at the EuroBLECH 2022 in Hannover

From October 25 to 28, 2022, WiCAM will present its current range of CAD/CAM/Nesting/Bending/Cloud – software for the sheet metal working industry at booth E61 (Hall 11).

On display will be the latest development stages of the PN product range for ERP-integrated fully automatic programming and process control of all types of CNC punching, laser, water, flame cutting, knife, bending and combination machines.

Besides hundreds of detail improvements and new PPS/ERP interfaces, we present the latest PN4000 version with full 3D integration. This includes since this year a completely integrated bending simulation that reads and processes 3D formats such as STEP directly / fully automatically.

Manufacturer-independent bending simulation

Our vision has always been to offer our customers a 3D solution that can be fully integrated into our PN4000 programming system. No switching between different programs with different interfaces – but one program interface for all production steps. At this year’s EuroBLECH, we will present a completely new PNBend version for programming different press brakes.

NC Converter

Since this year WiCAM offers a cloud-based NC Converter. Within seconds, NC texts for different machine manufacturers are converted. This is particularly interesting for companies that produce standard parts and/or do not use machines 24/7, but compensate for order peaks.

New Power Nesting Routine

From Q1 2023, all PN4000 customers will have the opportunity to purchase our new Power Nesting Routine. The new nesting routine produces excellent nesting results in the shortest possible time. The new routine combines optimisation techniques and minimises your material waste with AI – algorithms.
