From 07 to 10 November 2023, WiCAM will present its current range of CAD/CAM nesting software for the sheet metal processing industry at Blechexpo 2023 (Hall 1 / Stand 1301).
The latest development stages of the PN product range for manufacturer-independent programming and process control of all types of CNC laser, waterjet, flame cutting, knife & bending machines will be on display.
In addition to hundreds of detail improvements and new PPS/ERP interfaces, we present the current PN4000 version with complete 3D integration, power nesting routine and a calculation solution.

Our vision has always been to offer our customers a 3D solution that can be fully integrated into our PN4000 programming system. No switching between different programmes with different interfaces – but one programme interface for all production steps.
At this year’s Blechexpo, we will present the current status of our PN4000 programming system with a fully integrated bending simulation for programming various press brakes.
With the latest version of our PN4000 programming system, the integration of WiCAM’s new Power Nesting Routine is optionally available. In the current development stage, our Power Nesting Routine achieves an increase in efficiency in material utilisation of up to 15% in individual cases compared to conventional nesting strategies.
The new Power Nesting Routine is available immediately as an option in the current PN4000 version for all cutting machines such as laser, knife, plasma, multi-head torch and oxyfuel systems.
