Program Laser, Waterjet, Plasma & Oxyfuel with PN4000

Hadocut GmbH is a family-run company based in Kranenburg that specialises in the processing of various materials.

The special feature is the variety of different production processes such as laser cutting, water jet cutting, plasma and oxyfuel.

Since 2004, the company has been using the PN4000 programming system from WiCAM for manufacturer-independent programming to ensure the best production process for each individual customer.

From lasering, waterjet cutting, plasma & oxyfuel to punching and bending, you can control all technologies with our programming system – if desired, directly from your ERP/PPS system or from your webshop.

With increasing demand, managing director de Haas van Dorsser decided to make his own webshop available to his customers in 2018. For the calculation, he relied on WiCAM’s calculation solution from the very beginning.

Hadocut relies on API from WiCAM

The parts are transferred from the self-developed web shop to WiCAM’s calculation tool via an API interface.

Here, server-based external dimensions, weight and running time are precisely calculated for orders. The data determined from this is transferred back to the shop system in real time.

The exact sales price for each individual part is then calculated from this data in a few seconds.
