Microstep XXL 15kw 16×3 FiberLaser programmed with WiCAM | Msf pro

In the 2nd quarter of 2022 “Dulasta” from Holland expanded its machine park with another Microstep XXL 15kw laser machine (MSF pro 16001). The machines were commissioned by our subsidiary “WiCAM Benelux”.

For maximum business efficiency, Dulasta has already relied on WiCAM’s PN4000 since 2017. With an interface to the ERP system “Ridder IQ”, the continuous digitalization of the production process has become possible.

Since then, special features such as bevel cutting, common parting cuts and part marking have become an integral part of the automatic programming chain. Programming with WiCAM’s PN4000 is manufacturer-independent, so the new Msf pro 16001.30tk could be integrated into the existing machinery (Microstep & Bystronic) without delay.
