New Astes4Sort-Interface at WiCAM

News, 25. January 2017

At ‘De Cromvoirtse‘ (job shop in Netherlands – www.cromvoirtse.nl) a new PN4000 interface  has been successfully installed for the transfer of data to the Astes4 sorting system on a Bystronic Bysprint Fiber.

In combination with the existing ERP system, a Kasto storage system, an automated remnant treatment and a part marking device, the small series production has been completely automated.

At  ‚TMS Metall- und Stahlbau S.A.‘  (www.tms.lu) in Luxembourg, a new Astes4Sort was also put into operation on an actual Trumpf TruLaser, controlled by PN4000, consecutively.

The Astes4 interface is available from January 2017 (version 26.01_03) and can be used for all machines.
