From 22 to 25 October 2024, WiCAM will be presenting its current range of CAD/CAM/Nesting/Bending/Cloud software for the sheet metal processing industry at Stand 11-E61 in Hall 11.
The latest development stages of the PN product series for ERP-integrated, fully automatic programming and process control of all types of CNC punching, laser, water, flame cutting, slicing, bending and combination machines will be on display.
In addition to hundreds of detailed improvements and new PPS/ERP interfaces, we are presenting the latest PN4000 version with complete 3D integration. This includes a fully integrated bending simulation that reads and processes 3D formats such as STEP directly / fully automatically.
PNBend | Amada press brakes now possible
With the current version of PN4000, we offer our customers the option of loading and processing 3D parts, generating the bending simulation and then transferring the parts to 2D processing at the touch of a button.
If desired, this can be done directly from your ERP system and independently of the manufacturer.
From now on, in addition to many well-known manufacturers such as Trumpf, Bystronic and LVD, all current Amada press brakes with the ‘AMNC 3i’ control can also be programmed with the PNBend software module in PN4000 This includes all press brakes from the EG-4010, HFE3i & HG series
Power nesting routine | Reduce NC programmes & performance improvement from version 32.25
We started marketing our power nesting routineat the beginning of 2023 . With each new PN version, we have worked on the software performance itself in addition to many detailed improvements in order to generate the nesting result even faster.

In particular, many customers focussed on the topic of ‘reducing NC programmes’. To minimise clearing times on the machine, repeat NC programs are extremely helpful. From version 32.52, you can decide in an extra menu how relevant it is to generate identical NC programs while maximising material utilisation.
