Annual report 2024

Another financial year is coming to an end and we would like to take a moment to share some highlights from the past 12 months with you.

Our product highlights in 2024

Our PN4000 programming system continued to be the foundation of our success in 2024 and was largely responsible for our growth in the areas of power-nesting, 3D processing and estimating.

• PNCalculate product line: The precise and rapid calculation of production costs impressed numerous customers and led to a strong increase in sales.
• 3D processing in PNBend: new functions significantly improved press brake programming and optimised the bending process, which led to high demand in this area.
• Power-Nesting-Module: In particularly high demand, it impressed with maximum material efficiency and fast computing processes, enabling our customers to reduce their production costs.

In addition, numerous new postprocessors have been developed and successfully implemented to continue to meet individual customer requirements. Thanks to the postprocessors, PN4000 can optimally control the latest punching, laser, combination, cutting and bending machines from well-known manufacturers such as Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, LVD, HGTECH and many others. WiCAM ensures that customers can rely on a powerful and flexible software solution that makes their production processes efficient and future-proof, regardless of the machine brand.

WiCAM is present in Germany and abroad

In 2024, WiCAM was represented at important industry events. In addition to successful trade fair appearances in the Netherlands and France, participation in EuroBLECH 2024 in Hanover was the highlight of the year. Here, WiCAM presented innovative solutions such as the Power-Nesting module and 3D optimisations in PNBend, which generated great interest. The trade fair presence was complemented by the Info Day in Karlsruhe, the Foundation Day and participation in the COBUS Info Day, which provided valuable platforms for exchanging ideas with customers and partners.

WiCAM is expanding its distribution network in Italy

Another important milestone this year was the expansion of the sales network in Italy. With LTsoft SRL as its exclusive partner, WiCAM strengthened its presence in the Italian market. Under the leadership of industry expert Michele Trubini, LTsoft SRL supports both existing and new companies and contributes to the further expansion of WiCAM software in Europe.

Prospects for 2025

Despite the economically challenging situation in Europe, 2024 was a successful financial year for WiCAM. With innovative products, WiCAM set decisive trends in the industry. We look to the future with optimism in 2025. With new technologies, the expansion of our international presence, and strong partnerships, we will continue to set standards in the sheet metal processing industry and offer our customers future-proof solutions.
