The MRP connection

Quickly becoming one of the most important issues in the sheet metal industry is that of integration and connection with any MRP (Materials Requirement Program). With this connection the NC-System receives all the required information for production, planning and scheduling:

Part ID, Order number Quantities, Delivery Date, Material Type, Thickness, Works Order etc.

Using the parameters received PN4000 initiates a fully automatic nesting job generating complete NC-Programs with all the necessary technologies and data collection of information from production. This complete man less process is already been operated and utilized with our customers.

WiCAM has several standard-interfaces to different MRP systems. Often, we create specific interfaces to satisfy special needs and requirements of the customer.

Some of those systems are: SAP, BAAN, NAVISION, P2, MISTRAL, KHK, ...

WiCAM communicates with an ERP - System in the following areas:

Offer : Enquiry, calculation, pricing
Order : Quantity, date, delivery date
Control : Manufacturing, feedback, scrap
Delivery : Invoicing, packing, documentation

WiCAM now offers a fully integrated solution
