JOB-LOOP

The functionality of the JOBLOOP is task orientated and supports all parametric and repeated NC-steps to be done as a complete automatic manless job, i.e

PN4000 starts up in a WAKE_UP mode and creates NC-Programs based on the existance of geometryfiles.

EXCEL-files create parametric parts

The PN4000 ORDER-Manager interacts with an MRP-System to receive orderoriented datas like: Amount, Ordernumber, Customer, Productiondate, ...

The NESTLOOP selects the orders concerning the given criterias and nests the parts complete automatic. Additional parameters like: machine, tools, Loading and Unloading devices are also taken into account.
