The minimum distance between parts can be defined exactly
The nesting is based on the rectangular cover area - The geometry of the workpieces may be of any form

Any rectangle plate dimensions - Consideration of border-zones
Free start-corner definition - Clamp zone detection

Important functions in processing:

Automatic slitting (parting, cutting) between parts on the plate is possible
That main-direction of the nesting can be defined
Same workpieces can be placed in groups, if possible
The resulting nest is graphically displayed in full
Ability to freely sort the order of all parts on the nest

Use of different technologies like punch, nibble, laser or flame-cut is possible within one plate
