Multi Nesting

Important features of this module:

Workpieces can be placed within free (not destroyed) inner-contours
The position of the workpieces will be optimized by rotation
The rotation-steps can be entered for every single workpiece
A definable minimum distance will be considered
The rotation will be done with discrete angles
Use of workpieces of any contour and shape is possible

Important features of the plate:

Dividing-lines (e.g. machining-room) can be entered
Security-areas (e.g. border-zones) will be considered
Dead-zones (e.g. clamps) will be considered
Plates of any form and dimension

Important functions in processing:

The nesting is dynamically displayed
The nesting can run as a batch job - Rest-plates will be stored for later use
The nesting-result will be displayed - The result can be modified
Use of different technologies like punch, nibble, laser or flame-cut is possible within one plate
